Quantity and variety of food available. Staff available during meal. Freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious!

The breakfast was very good and the men who waited on us were very attentive. Several were excellent, we did tip each day. The view of the old city was beautiful. Overall the hotel is very beautiful inside. The Lobby lounge was good and the two women who served us were very nice the restaurant we enjoyed the first night, whereas Thursday it was very busy and the waiter was average. The people cleaning the rooms and doing the night turn down or a very nice.

The noise from the traffic outside was so loud that we could not fall asleep till about three in the morning we had the new City view room which is a busy area . It calmed down quite a bit for the holiday because nobody was on the road at the end of the week. Thank goodness I would not stay at this hotel again, unless I was overlooking the pool or the old city to avoid the noise, constant beeping and sirens. One of the concierge’s was not friendly or welcoming. he made you feel like a pest just for asking a question. He needs to realize that’s his job even though he hears the same questions from people around the world all the time. communication is lacking from management regarding what is open for the Jewish holidays. I asked if the lobby lounge would be open Friday and was told yes ….when we came down to eat dinner, it was not open to the public. We were told to go to a different area where They had a few chairs shoved into a corner on the far side of the floor with no tables and said that was the restaurant for the night ….ridiculous . I asked if the breakfast buffet would be open every morning due to the upcoming holiday and I was told yes we got ready for breakfast Monday morning came down and it was closed. When they checked our name off for Sunday’s breakfast, someone should have said we will be closed tomorrow. it would have been nice if when we checked into the hotel we were told what would be closed and during our weeks stay. For the amount you pay this seems to be common sense. The hotel needs to cater to all people. I picked the hotel so that after our tours we could go downstairs and get dinner. dinner wasn’t available for us Friday Saturday or Sunday night. We expected much better service for a five star hotel. Lastly, I ask a doorman how much it would cost to go to a certain address, he talked to the cab for a while and I was ripped off by the set price he gave…my return cab was half the price.

Our old city view balcony room on the 10th floor was excellent with lovely views,but our daughters’ room on the 5th floor overlooking a main road junction were noisy from traffic.The view from the Bersnda restaurant of the old city was beautiful. The head concierge,Eviator,was outstanding-extremely helpful,knowledgeable and full of charm and personality. The guides he arranged for us (Hannah for the old city walking tour and Etai for Masada and the Dead Sea) were superb. The special bread station and staff member there at breakfast was excellent.

The service at breakfast was very lacklustre-inattentive and disinterested.Similarly,the lounge bar/casual restaurant staff on the night of our arrival were unwelcoming and unhelpful and the limited food we could order was very average in quality.That whole area needs to be made more attractive,with a proper bar-dated decor and furnishings with no character at present. The hotel seemed rather dominated by large groups at times.

amazing location at entrance to the old city and near a beautiful outdoor shopping mall with shops and restaurants. Beautiful hotel lobby and rooms and pool. staff so friendly and attentive.

we were on the 10th floor and could hear enough horns and street noise to make it a little hard to sleep.

The hotel ran out of washcloths and the new sheets that were put on were dirty. Also the room wasn’t cleaned well one day,

Great gym, nice pool, nice rooms, the hotel in general looks very nice, we just loved everything. Above all i have to mention the service. They work hard to make you feel great, from reception, through room service and in the restaurants and pool-bar. Great service, everybody so polite and welcoming. It was really something. Isa, manager of restaurants, made sure everyday when we arrived to eat that we don't miss a thing. Room service arrived with food after only 15 minutes! And didn't miss any of our small special requests. Thank you guys, we will be back for sure.

Generally speaking, the hotel is very clean, But the team that cleans the room should pay more attention to details, they forgot to refill the mini bar, the coffee capsules and even put new towels (they put just one), they also missed a few points of cleaning. Note that if you use the hotel parking you should register your car number in the reception, and not pay if you exit and enter every few hours, the special price for the hotel's guests is only if you register. Either way, they were kind enough to make us a discount because of this mistake and we ended up paying regular price for guests.

The hotel staff was very gracious and kind. The concierge, Avyatar, was particularly knowledgeable. helpful, with an extra effort that was much appreciated. A real treasure for this hotel. Samir, the breakfast server, was also attentive and very friendly with a delightful sense of humor. Our upgraded room was beautiful with a marvelous view of the Old City and very comfortable.

The room was great, the bed was comfortable. The staff was really fantastic. The food was good. The play room for the kids was by far the best ive seen in israel. The pool was really great too! We had a lovely time

Location is the best in Jerusalem - close to everything

Planning this vacation we were looking specifically for a hotel with Old City views and two queen beds for us and our teenage children. According to pictures on multiple sites the room we picked had just that. (Superior family room) and I of course paid the high price. When we arrived it was a room with only one bed and one pull out sofa bed that was impossible to sleep on. and the view was of a backstreet with nothing else. Thinking a mistake was made - the front desk informed me that the room I received is the room I overpaid for and nothing more. I do not fault booking.com. I fault the hotel for giving them the wrong pictures to display for this room. While at the front desk a young man next to me had the same issue and complaint of his room. He too could not believe this mistake and was upset by it. I was promised someone would contact me from the hotel after our stay but more than a month has passed - and nothing. very disappointing from a hotel of this quality. Besides this, the service at the dining room and the location was perfect.

When you paid $500 per night, you don't expect to have to pay $12 per day for parking your car. It was definitely a bad surprise. We arrived two hours before the check-in time (15:00). We were told that we could not use the swimming pool before "being a guest" and that only after 15:00 we are defined as hotel guest. So we just waited for the 15:00 time. Again, when you paid about $500 you don't expect such behavior. The service was quite poor: you don't always find a person proposing a towel at the swimming pool. We had to ask 4 time and wait 30 mn for obtaining coffee at the morning. The day before arriving I ask for a baby bed, and I was said that only the when checking in I could make the demand. When I ask for that at checking in, I needed to wait more than one hour for obtaining it. When your baby is tired and crying, that is not a good experience.

The location the hotel is great, right on top of Mamilla and a walk from the city’s best cafes. Everyone was very welcoming and nice.

Breakfast on Saturday was the worst I had ever in any hotel worldwide. Rooms are quite small Although our room was cleaned at least once a day, we were stuck without toilet paper and tissues in our room.
